In 1999 Post Time Technologies developed the first on-track touchscreen replay kiosk system, the 'VideoCharts' Kiosk System. 

Integrating future entries racing data, historical results, and media content, controlled remotely from Post Time Technologies Operations facility in Vancouver Canada, tracks now had the ultimate handicapping tool, allowing on track handicappers to literally `see' between past performance lines from the simulcast track of their choice.
